The Kensington Homes 24/7 Warranty
We hope that you're happy with you new Kensington home. All new homes go through an adjustment or "curing process" during the first few months of occupancy as they adjust to the new environment. During this curing period, there is a need for a team effort between Kensington Homes and yourself for simple home maintenance.
If you feel you have an issue that should be covered under warranty, please complete the short form below. We'll review your concern and recommend the best course of action. In most cases, appropriate action will be discussed and adjustments will be scheduled right away. In a few instances, it may be preferable to postpone adjustments until the home has completed a full seasonal cycle.
For your own protection, we do not permit any subcontractors to enter your home if you are not present. Our field staff will not act as your representative if you are not present. All service appointments will be scheduled from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. We ask for your cooperation in coordinating service appointments.
